Send Request via WhatsApp
No payment at this stage
Tap "Send Booking Request via WhatsApp" — WhatsApp opens with your details pre-filled.
Send the message to the salon number.
You receive a Booking Reference number — save it to track your appointment.
The salon will confirm via WhatsApp with exact pricing and any special instructions.
No prices shown at booking? That's normal — the salon confirms pricing when they reply on WhatsApp.

Track Your Appointment
📋 My Bookings tab
Go to 📋 My Bookings tab → enter your WhatsApp number → see all your bookings.
Status updates in real time: Requested → Confirmed → In Service → Completed.
Payment confirmed status also shows here once salon marks it paid.
⭐ Feedback Tab
Share Your Experience
Go to ⭐ Feedback tab → select service → give star rating (1–5) → write your review → Submit. Your review goes to the admin for approval. Once approved it appears in the Testimonials section for other customers to see.

New requests appear at the top with a pulsing NEW badge.
Tap ✅ Confirm via WA — WhatsApp opens to customer with full pricing breakdown. Sending the message confirms the booking.
Tap 📅 Reschedule — enter new date and time, WhatsApp opens to customer automatically.
Tap ❌ Cancel — status changes to Cancelled.
Tap 🔄 Refresh anytime to pull latest from Google Sheets.

Mark service started and completed
When customer arrives → tap 💆 Start Service — status changes to In Service.
After service done → tap 🏆 Complete.
Need to add more services? Tap ✏️ Edit Order → add services, apply discount → live total updates instantly.

Collecting Payment
After completing service
Tap 💳 Payment button (appears from Confirmed onwards).
Select method: Cash / UPI / Card.
Enter amount received → tap Mark as Paid.
Booking card shows ✅ Paid and the Dashboard revenue counter updates.

Seasonal Offers Workflow
Admin creates · SuperAdmin approves · Customer sees
Admin goes to 🎯 Offers tab → + Add New Offer → fills title, description, badge text (e.g. "20% OFF") → Save.
Offer appears as Pending Approval — not visible to customers yet.
SuperAdmin logs in → Offers tab → sees pending offer → tap ✅ Approve → offer goes live on the customer banner.
SuperAdmin can Enable/Disable offers anytime to run seasonal promotions.
